Science & evidence
Useful evidence.
Honest limits.
AgePace connects a practical habit record with optional laboratory measurement. It does not claim that its combined framework is a clinically proven aging-reversal treatment.
What DunedinPACE measures
DunedinPACE is a DNA methylation biomarker designed to estimate the pace of biological aging. Its development study used longitudinal changes in multiple organ-system measures. It is an estimate from a blood sample, not a direct count of years gained or lost.
What the laboratory report can tell you
A report can provide biological-age, pace-of-aging and organ-related estimates, depending on the test. These outputs are distinct from diagnostic laboratory tests and should not be the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment.
Habits and outcomes
Physical activity supports healthy aging. Fasting research is still developing, and suitability varies by age, health and medication use. Neither finding validates a guaranteed result from the AgePace combination.
Contrast and provider interventions
Heat/cold exposure and hyperbaric oxygen are optional, distinct interventions. AgePace does not present them as interchangeable or proven ways to reverse biological aging. Provider-delivered interventions need appropriate assessment and oversight; the app does not prescribe them.
What a follow-up result means
A difference between two tests is an observation. It can reflect multiple influences, including measurement variability. Without an appropriate study design, it does not prove that a particular habit caused the change.
