On your device

The web app stores daily entries, optional profile details, your chosen focus, sharing preferences, pending uploads and saved profile archives in this browser. You can use it without a name or email. Changing an existing profile email saves the earlier records in a separate local archive; export all records before clearing browser data or changing devices. Email verification enables sharing, not automatic recovery or cross-device synchronization of your local history.

Sharing daily check-ins

Sharing is optional. Pilot sharing sends your optional profile, local calendar dates, habit check-ins and app-open events to the AgePace server and labels email identity as unverified. Once the verified sharing service is activated, you must verify your email with a single-use code before sharing; check-ins are associated with a stable client identifier. Individual authorized administrators can then view operational follow-up. Habit completion remains self-reported in both versions.

You can pause future sharing in Profile. Pending entries stay on this device; when resuming, choose whether earlier pending entries should be sent. A request already accepted by the server may finish before a pause reaches it. An offline pause queues withdrawal of verified sharing consent for reconnection. Pausing does not delete information already received. To request access, correction or deletion of server records, email AgePace.app@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity.

Registration and email verification

In pilot mode, enabling sharing requests a registration email through FormSubmit to AgePace.app@gmail.com with your name and email address. FormSubmit is a separate service. When verified sharing is activated, enrollment and email-attempt status are saved on the AgePace server and a single-use code is sent through the hosting mail service. A mail-service acknowledgment does not confirm delivery. Saving a local-only profile sends no registration request. We do not sell contact lists or daily entries.

Payments and laboratory testing

Payments are processed by PayPal. AgePace does not collect card numbers in the app. PayPal supplies transaction information needed for order coordination. Laboratory collection, reports and lab processing follow the laboratory's own privacy terms. The current app does not import or store lab reports.

Technical data and retention

Hosting and third-party services may record technical data such as IP addresses and browser details for operation and security. AgePace retains registration and check-in information while coordinating the program and responding to requests. Payment and transaction records may need to be retained for business recordkeeping. No automatic retention period or automatic deletion process is currently implemented.
