The AgePace approach

A routine. A baseline. A next step.

The log records what you did. The laboratory supplies the aging estimates. Those two kinds of information belong together, but they do different jobs.

01 / START

Build a routine

Use the app to record everyday habits and keep your own history. Start with a change you can sustain.

02 / MEASURE

Establish a baseline

If you choose the separate kit, collect your first sample before evaluating change over time.

03 / REVIEW

Decide what comes next

Review real results in context. Follow-up testing and any clinical decisions need an appropriate plan.

Before you begin

Clear answers, from the start.

Is the app free?

The daily log is free to use, with no card required. Founding members keep lifetime free access to the core AgePace app. Optional laboratory tests and future additional services are separate purchases. No card or subscription is required for core access.

Do I need to buy the kit?

No. The kit is an optional, separate $649 purchase. The daily log does not calculate biological age or pace of aging.

What does $649 include?

One baseline blood-spot kit and its laboratory report. No automatic monthly charge. A second kit, clinical visits and partner services are not included. Read the details.

Does AgePace promise to reverse aging?

No. Lab estimates have limits, and a change in a result does not prove that one habit caused it. No outcome is guaranteed.

Where do my daily entries go?

They are saved in this browser. If you choose to share with the founder, your profile and daily check-ins also go to the private AgePace board. Read our privacy explanation.

Is there an app-store download?

AgePace is a web app. Open the daily log first, then add it to your home screen. See installation instructions. You can also use it in your browser.
