What is separate?
A second kit, physician visits, clinical treatment, supplements, wearables and partner sessions are not included. The free log remains a separate choice.
Why measure again?
A follow-up sample can provide a comparison. Timing and interpretation should follow the test provider's guidance and your clinical context. Consider follow-up no earlier than 12 weeks; a change is not guaranteed and does not establish cause.
Epigenetic clocks estimate aspects of biological aging. They do not replace routine lab work, diagnose diseases, or determine treatment on their own.
