Science · a physician’s protocol

Rejuvenation, at the cellular level

AgePace is not a medspa treatment. It is a protocol Dr. Gonzalez authored: procedures and activities with published evidence, integrated, then measured on a second clock.

Aging is not a wrinkle. It is methylation drift, mitochondrial decline, chronic inflammation, senescent cell burden, and a metabolic environment that speeds the clock. Those processes have names, labs, and epigenetic clocks.

The protocol does not invent a miracle. It integrates what already has evidence — time-restricted eating, Zone 2 and HIIT, sleep, contrast, a restrained stack, hyperbaric oxygen when indicated — into one cadence a physician will sign. AgePace is the ledger of that cadence and of the pace of aging.

“Scientifically proven treatment” is medspa language. We do not use it. We use published evidence, a named author, and a second measurement. If the clock does not move, the protocol does.

The AgePace protocol

A physician-authored protocol — not a spa treatment. Fasting, training, sleep, contrast, a restrained stack, and hyperbaric when indicated: activities with published evidence, integrated into one cadence, then measured with epigenetic clocks. The doctor did not invent the pieces. He signed the combination.

  1. 01

    Epigenetic blueprinting

Biological age, pace of aging, and organ-system clocks — interpreted against the person, not as a parlor trick.

  2. 02

    Metabolic reset

Time-restricted eating, protein targets, and glycemic control with optional CGM — designed around real operating-room and family schedules.

  3. 03

    Zone 2 and HIIT

Cardiorespiratory training that respects orthopedic constraints. Intensity is prescribed; joints are not gambled with.

  4. 04

    Contrast & recovery

Heat, cold, and sleep architecture. Contrast is a tool, not a personality.

  5. 05

    Hyperbaric support

When indicated, referred to accredited partner chambers — not sold as a chamber we own.

  6. 06

    Supplement stewardship

A short, justified stack. If a compound cannot be explained in one sentence, it does not belong in the evening tray.

What this is not

Most of what is sold as anti-aging is skin. We work in the cell.

Cosmetic clinics treat the envelope — injectables, peels, lasers, a quicker face. That is a legitimate specialty. It is not this. AgePace measures the pace of aging at the cellular level, writes a protocol, and measures again.

That kind of anti-agingThis

Fillers, peels, lasers, “ten years off your face.”

Methylation clocks, organ ages, mitochondria, inflammation — aging where it starts.

A selfie and a package.

A first clock, a protocol, a second clock. AgePace is the pace, not the portrait.

A cream that claims collagen. A hormone mill. A waiting room.

Fasting, training, sleep, a justified stack, hyperbaric only when it belongs — referred, not sold as décor.

Individual pillars have published evidence of varying strength; the combination is a physician-designed program, not an FDA-approved therapy for aging. Cosmetic procedures are a separate field. We do not perform them. Partner facilities are independent.
